The Belvedere Men’s Guest House officially opens its doors today and says hi to Summer 2011!!  We thought it would be nice for you to say hi to their newest staff addition, Eric.  Eric joins the team from sunny south Florida and is eager to, um, service you all this season.  We caught up poolside with this tasty man morsel and asked him to clean the filter.

Great to have you here at the Belevedere. Tell us about you! Where are you from? Hey everyone.  I’m from miami, FL

What are your impressions of Fire Island so far? So far i think this place is magical.  The deer, the beaches, the boys!!!!  I’m in heaven!!!

And what are you most excited about this summer season? I’m excited to experience all of the holiday weekends and meet new people and have fun as much as possible!

Anything you’d like our guests to know about you? I’d love to let all of our guests know that i look forward to welcoming you all to the belvedere and promise to do my best to ensure that you have an incredible stay with us!

What’s the most important thing to remember when taking care of and servicing our guests?? I’d have to say that guest satisfaction is always the most important part of my job here at the belvedere.  I look to go above and beyond the expectations of each and every guest.

You’re a pretty hot guy! What do you do to stay so fit? I work out everyday and I eat lots of meats and some carbs as well as drink protein shakes and creatine.

Speedo? Trunks? Board shorts? Naked? sometimes speedos sometimes naked!

What should our guests look forward to the most this season? Our guests should be excited to experience all of the upgrades and renovations that have taken place, as well as all of the great local hangouts that are close by!

2011 Home for Wayward Boys on Fire Island!

Following the success of his 2009 Home for Wayward Boys, Daniel Nardicio does it again by taking over a home in Fire Island’s own Cherry Grove, christening it his Home For Wayward Boys, and throwing weekly Saturday afternoon cocktail parties poolside with Stoli Open Bar, Undergear underwear giveaways, Colt models and live performances, all during a live radio broadcast with Robbyne Kaamil and music by local djs. Plus a heated 12 X 26 foot pool.

The concept was conceived by Nardicio, who always wanted to live in a party house. “When i was a child, my mother was the consummate party hostess and we always had people at our house, the sounds of people laughing, having a good time, revelry at it’s highest has always attracted me, I’m honored to be able to bring that experience weekly to Cherry Grove.”
Opening weekend is Memorial Day Weekend Saturday from 1:30-3:30pm, and will feature special guest Kat Deluna, who will be performing her hit “Whine Up” the night before at Nardicio’s scandalous Friday night underwear party at The Ice Palace, as well as Nardicio’s usual stable of strapping young go go dancers, nightlife celebs and Fire Island’s finest.

These events are invite-only. Attendees will be chosen Friday night at The Ice Palace and given a personal invite which enables them and a guest to attend.

On Thursday, April 14, from 7-10pm, Daniel Saynt and Daniel Nardicio are hosting A Cocktail Fundraiser for Japan Animal Rescue, where 100% of proceeds will benefit ARK: Animal Rescue Kansai. The event, which takes place at the Soho Grand Hotel, has a suggested donation of $10 per person, to help the thousands of pets and animals who were left homeless after the earthquake and tsunami in Japan just over a month ago. DJ Bobby Nourmand will be spinning tunes to get everyone in the mood.

According to Daniel Saynt, “One of the most inspiring stories that has come from the tragedy in Japan is of the dog that was found three weeks after the tsunami, alive and living on the roof of a home floating out at sea. That story made me feel the need to support animal rescue in Japan which lead to the development of this event.

I choose Animal Rescue Kansai cause they were based outside of the most dangerous area of Japan and are actively working with rescue groups to provide room for those pets left homeless.”

And Daniel Nardicio had this to say, “They say you judge a society by how it treats it’s animals, and in this case it is particularly true. I firmly believe that when we care for the most helpless amongst us, we strengthen our community as a whole. Therefore giving to a cause such as ARK helps those who truly cannot help themselves.”

Thursday at Boxers was HOT HOT HOT last week with a packed crowd out to honor our speedo clad go-go studs Jay Roth, Matt Camp, and Shay and see Fya Hopelezz work her fierce fire magic to the “ooohs” and “ahhhhs” of the  frisky crowd.  The Boxers crowd is really warming up to Spring Training and the sexy boys were out in packs to enjoy the sexy sports visuals and tasty beats being served up by DJ Douche himself, Daniel Nardicio.  We even had a surprise birthday cake presentation to Banana Boy on reaching another year of retirement from twinkdom!
